1. Acceptance
By engaging Sell10x Solutions you agree to these terms. They form a contract between you and Sell10x Solutions.
2. Scope of services
We deliver the services described in your proposal or invoice. Out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.
3. Payments
Project fees are payable in milestones as agreed. Work begins after the first payment is received.
4. Intellectual property
Final deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without consent.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
