Refund Policy

1. Initial payment

The initial booking fee secures your project slot and is non-refundable as it covers planning and discovery work.

2. Mid-project cancellation

If you cancel mid-project, you'll be billed for work completed up to that point. Any balance from your milestone payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Quality guarantee

If we fail to deliver as agreed, we'll re-do the work at no extra cost. If we still can't resolve the issue, we'll issue a fair refund of unused fees.

4. Hosting & domain

Third-party costs (domain, hosting, plugins) are non-refundable once procured on your behalf.

5. How to request

Email hello@sell10x.com with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
